As newly appointed dean of the Eastern School I want to offer a special welcome to all our current and prospective members.

At the Eastern School we are dedicated to fostering the highest level of musicianship in our students, who range from pre-school all the way through high school and beyond.

Our faculty, graduates of the world’s most prestigious music institutions, hails from diverse backgrounds and experiences, but they all share our commitment to excellence in teaching.
It is our wish, as educators, not only to enhance the artistic skill of our students, but to foster a sense of community, mutual respect and self – worth.

This is a particularly exciting time at the Eastern School: this coming Fall, in the interest of expanding our mission, we will inaugurate a new Diploma Program.

To all of you – students, parents, faculty – I extend a warm welcome.
